His experience includes:

  • Individual and small business bankruptcy representation in Chapter 7 and 13
  • Debtor representation in various types of Bankruptcy Litigation against Creditors
  • Representation of Chapter 7 Panel Trustees
  • Various involvement in Domestic Relations and Family Law matters
  • Assisted General Counsel of SunTrust Mortgage legal department with a variety of issues related to the merger with Crestar, as well as the day-to-day activities of a large mortgage lender
